DOA Procedure

DOA- Please contact Acer on 1300 723 926 to obtain an Acer NCC reference number; to do so you will need the model number of the goods, the SNID number located on the back of your unit and a fault description. Once the NCC number is obtained from Acer please fill in a Bluechip Infotech warranty return form and send it to the Bluechip Infotech warranty department and your request will be processed.
